Located at 300 mts. Above sea level , the air , breeze , tranquility and uncontaminated nature make Podere Canapaccia a unique and special location for the production of wine of high quality such as Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino. The terrain is located in the center of the area of production of world renowned Brunello having an ideal climatic and geological position . The processing of the grapes is managed directly by the owners following a combination of both traditional techniques and modern innovation. In the old wine cellar found under the farmhouse used for the conservation of reserves , our guests will find the woods which are used for fining of wines , ideal for long periods of aging of Brunello. A unique experience is wine tasting where it is actually produced , speaking directly to persons which cure the vines and its fruits , seeing where fermentation takes place and touching the equipment used for the process. It is also possible to organize visits and tastings with a local guide which will assist guests in their discovery of not only a process, but rather enter into the essence of fine wine production . |
